Based in the heart of Altrincham, our branch covers as far as Holmes Chapel and Sandiway.

The RSPCA – Cheshire, provide direct animal welfare services, which includes veterinary care and safe homes for unwanted animals. We also try and rehome the animals that our inspectors have rescued from harm.

RSPCA Cheshire,  is a separate registered charity, which is ran by volunteers and self funded. We try to raise money locally and relying on fund raising activities such as fairs and shows. With the public support, and the rest of our caring volunteers, we continue this work.

Donations

The Cheshire (Altrincham) RSPCA Branch covers covers a large area which runs from Sale and Carrington in the north, down through Knutsford and Northwich and as far south as Holmes Chapel and Sandiway.

They work closely with RSPCA Inspectors to provide direct animal welfare services in these areas. This includes veterinary care and safe homes for unwanted animals and those that the RSPCA Inspectors have rescued from harm.

They are a special registered charity run by volunteers and they are self-funding, raising money locally and relying on fundraising activities and public support to allow us to continue this work.

If you would be interested in making a one-off or regular donation to the branch please contact the Branch Manager Julia Tucker on 0161 286 2503 or email rspca.altrincham.cheshire@googlemail.com

They have a secure, online donation webpage where you can make a one-off or regular donation contribution to our work at : www.justgiving.com/rspca-altrincham-cheshire

legacy or bequest would provide crucial funds – They could not carry out our work without such generous support.

If you are considering a legacy to Altrincham RSPCA in your Will , please remember that the Altrincham RSPCA Branch and all the local RSPCA branches are separately registered charities.

Amazon Wish Lists

They have now created Amazon “Wish Lists” for the animals that we take in and shelter. These include the unwanted, the abandoned  and those that the local RSPCA Inspectors have rescued from harm and bought to them. The Wish Lists allow people  to purchase much needed food and rehoming equipment for their animals from amazon.co.uk and have it delivered to us.

In the last two years they have successfully taken in and rehomed well over 400 animals and they get through  a staggering amount of food, bedding and toys which takes a big chunk of the money that they are able raise locally.

If you are able to help provide food or equipment  in any small way, it will free up money to help pay with Veterinary bills and other costs.
