Alsager Animals In Need – Charitiy Auction – 7th March

Alsager Animals In Need are running a charity Auction coming up on 7th March at Civic Centre  (junction of crewe road & Lawton Road) beginning at 6pm. Various lots on sale, bar will be open and food will be served. Anyone is welcome! We hope to see you there,

Saturday 21st December 11am – 2pm Greyhound Awareness Day

Pets at Home Unit ,7A Altrincham Retail Park, George Richards Way, Altrincham WA14 5GR  come and meet rescued greyhounds and lurchers.  

Wednesday 11th December 10.30 – 3.00pm  Macclesfield town centre Festive Street Collection in aid of Erin Hounds: Mill Street, Macclesfield

Several of our amazing volunteers will be out with their hounds, showing what “greyt” creatures greyhounds and lurchers are, but if anyone else would like to join them, the more the merrier! The Larkhill Centre, Thorley Lane, Timperley 1pm – 4pm

We will have a stall with Christmas gifts and decorations to buy, a bottle tombola, Cakes to buy and Santa will be there for the kids too.

1st December 2013 – Cheshire Dogs Home Annual Christmas Fair

Cheshire Dogs Homes hosts its Annual Christmas Fair on Sunday 1st December. Come and join the fun as we get ready for the holiday season.

Sunday 24th November – Care For The Paw Fun Dog Show

The event is on Sunday 24th November, at Chapelfield Community Centre, Wilsden Road, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 7XS. Registration opens at 1pm, first class is at 2pm.  Cost is £1 per dog per class.  There will be refreshments, stalls and tombola.

The classes are:

  • Prettiest Bitch
  • Most Handsome Male
  • Cutest Puppy (aged 4-12months)
  • Best Veteran (age 7+)
  • Best Rescue
  • Waggiest Tail

Dog Judge Would Most Like to Take Home, Best Fancy Dress. The winner of each class will go forward to the Best In Show. All details are now on our website, www.careforthepaw.co.uk

Saturday 16th November – Farmers market – Alsager Animals In Need

We will be at Alsager Farmers Market on Saturday 16th November to help raise awareness of the work we do. We will have various items on sale including jigsaws and books. We will also have a tombola.

The event was a great success! once opened at 10:30 am, the event was full of people visiting their stalls,

We made £2181.82 and had a record number of people through the door, it was really well attended. The weather was good so a lot of people attended. Heres to next year!

Rabbit Health Checks and Low Cost Vaccinations offered.

Onsite parking for those with rabbits needing health checks but parking is available a short walk away.
